Craftex Builders - A division of Leeville Construction Ltd.
History
Established in 1966 in Lloydminster, Alberta, the company has evolved into a major general contracting firm in the area. In January 1995 the company became Craftex Builders Inc. and in June 2004 the company became Craftex Builders, A division of Leeville Construction Inc. Craftex builds tendered as well as cost plus projects. The company is an authorized dealer for Steelway Building Systems pre-engineered buildings. Craftex has also diversified into specialized concrete structures and has completed numerous water resovoirs, ecology pits and multi-storey concrete structures.
Performance
We at Craftex feel that our customers are the best measure of our performance. We enclose a list of some projects completed and projects that are presently in progress. Please feel free to contact any of our customers for information.
Equipment
Craftex has over the years purchased equipment to provide fast and efficient service to our customers. Craftex owns uniloaders, tampers, trucks and numerous other required equipment.
In the office, Craftex uses the Jonas Construction Management System along with Microsoft Windows for accounting and cost control, and a Steelway Software program for estimating along with AutoCAD.
Community Responsibility
Craftex works with the community as well as for the community. Craftex provides sponsorship for hockey leagues, clubs, and various other functions scheduled in Lloydminster and surrounding area. Craftex's policy and directives require that local suppliers and sub-contractors be used whenever possible.
